Delivery information

All orders received before 16:00 Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day. Orders received after 16:00 Monday to friday will be despatched the following day. Orders recieved on Saturday and Sunday or any bank holiday will be despatched the next business day.

All orders are item checked and signed off then weighed to confirm correct order contents.  Any discrepancies or damage to goods need to be reported to us within 24hrs of the order being received.

Courier services are UPS, Parcel Force & Royal Mail. Delivery for all orders will be 24 - 48hrs after the end of day that the order was placed depending on service selected at checkout. (Excludes weekends and bank holidays)

Order confirmation, Tracking details and delivery estimates will be emailed to your registered email address.


A VAT invoice will be emailed to your registered email account.

In the first instance please contact us by phone on 01271 860946 regarding returns, incorrect orders or damaged goods. We can normally solve any issues quickly via a phone call.

Please notify us within 24 hours of all returns, damaged goods or incorrect orders. We will then endevour to help you with your order. This can be via the phone number above or to our customer service email:

Any product that you are not happy with for any reason can be returned in its original condition to us within 14 days for a full refund.

All returns are to be in thier original packaging and boxes. 

Replacement goods, credit note or refund will be offered for all returned goods.
