These impressive Hunter Pro 12' (3.6m) carbon carp rods were developed from thousands of hours of carp fishing. As part of the Super Light Range they incorporate slimline high carbon fibre blanks with a 2.75lb test curve. The blank was developed to provide excellent casting properties coupled with unrivalled fish playing abilities. The SLR carbon carp will distribute the load through the entire rod whilst maintaining enough control power to tame the largest of carp. A comfortable rubber 'Body Load' butt cap has also been added for playing those 'larger than normal' fish. The Hunter Pro 3.6m SLR Carbon Carp is a serious specimen hunter’s rod which will outperform other rods of more than twice the price.

These Hunter Pro SLR60 Bait Runner reels provides exceptional casting distances due to the precision line lay oscillation system and reverse taper graphite spools. Spare spools are included and the main spools are pre - loaded with 12lb line. The SLR60 Bait Runner reel provides exceptional casting distances due to is precision line lay oscillation system. Using a vari-speed spool the line wrap is consistently controlled on retrieve to provide the perfect lay which increases the next casting distance. The balanced rotor bearing system provides smooth action and the Sure Grip handle ensures positive feedback from the fish giving confident control. At only 410g the reel can be held for longer periods whilst still maintaining comfort.
